Qualifying purchases made with your enrolled Chase debit or credit card (personal or business) include transactions made without using your PIN from 9/1 – 10/31/10 at MetroCard® Vending Machines, for EasyPayXpress™ MetroCard refills, LIRR, Metro-North, PATH and NJ TRANSIT fare purchases, and payments made at New York City yellow cabs. You must enroll your Chase card between 9/1/10 and 10/31/10 in this promotion. Chase reserves the sole right to make determinations of qualifying purchases for the fulfillment of the cash award for this promotion.

The cash award (maximum of $50) will be automatically posted as a statement credit to your enrolled credit card, or to the Chase checking account linked to the enrolled debit card, by December 31, 2010. Purchase amounts will accumulate separately for each enrolled card. You cannot combine spend from multiple cards. If you earn rewards for multiple cards, please note that they may not all post to your account at the same time, but all credits will post by December 31, 2010. Your Chase account must be open and in good standing at the time of fulfillment.
