Get a $25 Key Possibilities® MasterCard® gift card when you:

Open a Key Student Checking Account with any Key debit card by September 24, 2010, plus
Enroll in free Online Banking and Online Statements, and Complete a combination of two ACH and/or direct deposits and/or Key account-to-account transfers each of $100 or more by November 26, 2010

You must be at least 18 years old to meet all package requirements needed to receive the $25 Key Possibilities MasterCard gift card. You will receive your $25 Key Possibilities gift card within 90 days of meeting requirements. Get a free $25 Key Possibilities gift card when you open a Student Checking account between 6/1/10 and 9/24/10 and fulfill all other package requirements by 11/26/10. Offer available to individuals without an existing checking account at KeyBank as of 5/31/10. Offer available to individuals who have not opened a KeyBank checking account in the last 12 months. Limit one $25 Key Possibilities gift card per student package. Offer valid until 9/24/10. You must have a U.S. mailing address on 11/26/10 to be eligible. 1) The following information applies to the Key Student Checking account:

Client must be at least 16 years of age and either a high school junior or senior or enrolled in post-high school education (college or trade) to open account. Minimum opening deposit of $50.

Clients under the age of 18 are required to have a parent/guardian as joint owner on the account and both account owners must sign an additional Student Supplemental Agreement.

Clients under the age of 18 can be issued a full-functioning ATM card; however a KeyBank Debit Card cannot be issued to anyone under the age of 18.

This account will become Key's basic banking account (currently Key Express Free Checking) one statement cycle following the student's 24th birthday or a maximum of four years from account opening date, whichever comes later.

If you close your account within 180 days of account opening, you will be charged a $25 account early closure fee. Other miscellaneous charges may apply.

2) Key Student Checking account holders with a debit card, who also enroll in online statements and obtain a Key credit card after opening the Key Student Checking account are entitled to a special ATM benefit. The benefit is a refund of the first 2 ATM surcharges, up to $6.00 per month, of other bank's ATM cash withdrawal surcharges when the withdrawals are made with a KeyBank Debit Card or a KeyBank Gold Debit Card. The surcharge refund will be credited monthly to your Key Student Checking Account and will be reflected on your Account statement. Transactions eligible for reimbursement will begin with those made no later than 60 days after qualifications have been met. If you close your Account, you will not be refunded for other bank's surcharges assessed for cash withdrawal(s) you made at other bank's ATMs during the period between your last Account statement cycle date and your Account closing date.
